[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] How do I duplicate a "field

GREAT plug-in! I need to duplicate a field where I have a dropdown to select a # (1 – 100). I need this dropdown on a couple of places for the form – how do I duplicate tis field so I don’t have to retype it each time?
