[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] Item Price field going blank

I love this plugin and it has been working great so far although when it redirects to the paypal page the item price field is blank and and my fee is also $0.00. It says quantity 1 though. In the form builder I have used a radiobox with one option to check the one price and I assigned the “Assign Prices” option to the text field asking for a payment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
