  • I am having the same problem. Also the form is not sending to specific mails.
    It sent to gmail. but not to ‘domain.com’ which is what we need.

    PLEASE HELP. I am having the same problem. We have created a robust form to collect information from clients so that we can create graphic art “personal branding” packages. The form works great, except… we just had our first order entered last night… and it shows the order is in the system, but neither myself or the graphic artist team leader received our emails. To compound the problem further, he is having a problem viewing the form builder application from the backend. So, I literally had to copy the order into a Word document and email it to him.

    I am wondering why we did not receive the emails. This will kill our plans if we cannot receive the email orders. What would have caused this? We did a test order this morning with very little data and it sent right away.

    Is there a maximum file size that can be sent? These people are uploading their art and I think some of the orders will be large email file sizes.

    PLEASE ADVISE.

    This seems to be a common problem if you server/host has not properly configured SMTP.

    Try using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to help with this.

    please help here I am very confused now. I set up a lovely form using this plug in and now i see it doesn’t send the email. what does this plug in do you recommend? i looked at the plug in you recommended and it only refers to where the email is coming from. please help. how does this form work when pressing submit? why aren’t i getting the emails?? thank you so much

    The plugin allows you to change how WordPress sends emails. Some servers don’t properly configure SMTP and the only way to fix it is to use a plugin that lets you change the configuration.

    I want the form to redirect to a paypal page. It doesn’t seem to be recording the data anywhere in the VFB “view entries” section.
