[Plugin: Visual Form Builder] VFB Pro Problems with Editing Forms

Hi,

I just upgraded to VFB Pro (version 1.8) from the standard version of the plugin. I’m using it with WP 3.4.1.

I’ve imported the forms I’d created but they aren’t displaying in the same way as they were. I’d set the country to default to the UK and the radio buttons were set into columns to appear side by side each other: https://www.kea-hr.co.uk/managed-recruitment-campaigns/vacancy-notification/

When I go into edit form and click on Edit Field Item to configure the settings it takes me back to the top of the edit form screen.

I thought it might not like the imported form from the standard version so I tried recreating it as a new form but when I try to add a new item from the Form Items I get taken back to the top of the screen.
