• Hi…great plug-in!
    I’ve set up a page here with my own graphic of a voucher I’ve created, with the email sign-up/registration short code below the graphic: https://dalesgrill.com/thank-you

    however, when I test the registration, I do NOT get an email with the link to redeem the voucher.

    am I using the wrong shortcode??

    I did get a confirmation that “an email will be sent to (this) address with a link to download voucher” but I never received the email.

    thanks very much for any help, it’s a great plug in !!!

    Hi there…is anybody home?

    I’ve tested the plug in again, registering for the voucher with my own email address.

    I never receive the email with the voucher link.

    Id be glad to make a donation if I can get some help, please? My client really wants to use this voucher program.

    thanks so much!

    If the plugin is reporting that the link has been sent then that’s all the plugin can do. There are many reasons why emails may not get to your inbox.

    I suggest checking of email is working from your WordPress installation at all. This plugin is useful for that: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/check-email/

    Thank you so much for your response.

    I downloaded your Check Email plug-in, and I am still not able to receive emails from my site.

    I see that you developed the Check Email plug-in, where you write: “…with so many people having trouble with email I expect this plugin to cause lots of questions and feature requests.”

    My only request would be that Voucher Press works, and that the Email Check perhaps be built-in to Voucher Press so that email issues could be resolved.

    I do appreciate your work and your time but I guess I will have to give up.

    VoucherPress isn’t working, and Check Email did not solve the issue either.

    Very very frustrating.

    Hi, same problem solved adding headers to the wp_mail function in voucherpress.php

    $headers = "From: YourName <[email protected]>\n";
    wp_mail( trim($_POST["voucher_email"]), $voucher->name . " for " . trim($_POST["voucher_name"]), $message , $headers);

    In my installation, this email function doesn’t work for gmail and yahoomail. Will adding the headers help?

    Hi darttiglao,
    in my case adding headers worked fine, you can try also forcing the Return-Path and Reply-To headers
