• I am trying to install your VoucherPress plugin. It seems to install pretty much okay. But when I try to create a voucher on the voucher creation page, it warns me up top that:

The system was not able to set the right permissions on the folder where your custom templates are stored. You may not be able to upload your own templates. Please contact your system administrator for more information.

And when I click the ‘save’ button I just get a blank page with that same message in bold at the following URL: https://domain_name/wp-admin/admin.php?page=vouchers&id=1

I’ve set all the voucherpress plugin folders to CHMOD 777 to see if that would help, but no luck.

Any ideas what it could be, and how it might be fixed?

After installing a couple of other plugins, I got messages from them that my host had safe_mode enabled on php. This seems to be the root of the issue, as a test on a host with it off, seems to have no problems.

Thanks, I’ll see if there’s a way round this.
