[Plugin: vSlider 4.0] images not displaying correctly

I have upgraded to the new version. The old one was fine but I wanted the extra improvements. However, the new version does not display correctly. It displays the first image twice so that the headings are incorrect as it is displaying image no.2 heading with image no.1 and so forth. Also the the image does not open in a new window although I have checked this option.

I tried deleting my previous version and using a fresh install but it still doesn’t work properly.

Any ideas please?
