[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] 500 Internal Server Error

  • Hi Frederick, I have just updated the low user agents group today to try and get the plugin to work correctly with wp touch and now i cant access my site or the wp dashboard at all, i have been looking online for a solution and it says something about renaming the wp total cache folder through ftp which i did and still no luck, I’m losing visits on my site big time and would love some help with this ASAP please, Thank you. Here is the error i am receiving

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    What are the errors in the error log? You will likely have to remove the W3TC .htaccess rules in the .htaccess file in the document root of your web site. Something went wrong with writing the new rules (which unfortunately is easy to do because regular expressions are supported in user agent string matching).
