All caching plugins will create some limitations. WSA should support multiple implementations of it’s functionality. Indeed adding a JavaScript based implementation would be more ideal.

The only option you have as things are now is to use other caching methods except page caching for pages that need to have WSA interactivity. Which may not be good enough in terms of speed.
