[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Blank admin pages when W3TC plugin is active

When I activate W3 Total Cache plugin (version 0.9.2.4), the site continues to work fine but some pages in the admin area are not loaded correctly. For example, the edit posts page is totally blank, making it impossible to edit any post. The dashboard is only loaded partially, stopping with a fatal error.
