I have a customer who’s site is displaying blank pages … this happened once before and I had to reset w3 total cache and it restored the site.

Unfortunately now I can’t even login … I found an old blog post where I was able to at least get a page to pull up and display the login menu, but any attempt to login gives me a blank page.

Can I disable w3 total cache via ftp? I need to find a way to shut the plugin off so I can at least login to troubleshoot.

    Thanks … Scott

You should be able to remove (or just move) the plugin folder, which should force WP to kill the plugin since it’s not there anymore.

I’ve had that issue as well, mostly with minification.

I tried that and got errors, but I just tried it again and noticed the errors indicated removing the files .

I renamed everything that had to do with w3 total cache … I can login now … Thanks.

I think there is a conflict with the theme and not something necessarily wrong with the w3 total cache plugin.

Are you able to identify what the conflict is?
