• I’ve made some CSS changes to my site, but they don’t appear unless I either deactivate W3TC or, more specifically, the Browser Cache.

However, when I re-activate the plugin or re-enable the Browser Cache, the old CSS reappears.

“Empty all caches” within the plugin admin panel doesn’t work either.

    Any ideas?

P.S. “Empty all caches” within the plugin doesn’t work either.

You can’t clear browser cache because it is already cached in users browsers. You will need to change the name of your css file and update your templates accordingly. Best bet is to use minify and when you clear minify cache W3T will generate a new minified css file name that won’t be cached in anyones browsers.

Sounds like there’s a memory limit issue with PHP there, you should ask your host to increase it slightly.

Anyway, if you are minifying your CSS &JS files, everytime a new cache is made the file name is unique. If you empty the page caches after emptying the minify cache all of your users will load the new minify files.
