[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Caching doesn't work as it must

The plugin has been activated and the settings have been deployed. The problem is with after a particular page gets updated, the updates are not shown rather the cached copy is shown. Any update to the site too is not shown. I even have waited for 2 hours, probably, the cache is updated. But no.
