[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] CDN functionality broken

I’m not sure if I am doing something wrong, or if something is broken with W3 Total Cache. I have the CDN functionality setup with Amazon Cloudfront and I’ve made a few changes to my theme’s .js files and 2 weeks later, the files have STILL not updated on the CDN.

Additionally, I’ve disabled the feature where theme files are uploaded to the CDN and despite clearing browser cache and purging W3TC cache, the files are still being served from Cloudfront.
