• I have been trying to get W3TC working for a few days now. I believe I had it running smoothly the other night, and when I logged in to WP the next day, all of my settings had disappeared. Has this ever happened to anyone?

My next problem is with the CDN and images. I’m using the self-hosted option. Even after clearing all caches, it doesn’t upload all of my images, especially those of a certain size. For example, all of the images ending in *-710×443.jpg do not get uploaded to the CDN and are blank on my site: <https://litmuse.net/>, especially in <https://litmuse.net/featured>. These images are generated by a WooThemes’ script, but I don’t know why that would be an issue, as they live on the filesystem the same way all the other images do.

(I have seen this question in other posts, but nowhere have I seen it answered. Sorry if I just missed it.)

    Any suggestions? Thanks.

  • Are you using preview mode?

No. In fact, when I turn off preview mode, all of my preferences are turned off and I have to set up the plugin all over agin. This happened on two different sites.

It appears that W3TC is having trouble writing the settings file. That’s the only reason I can think of for this issue. If you want to submit a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin that would be helpful.
