[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Comments

Hello, while I do absolutely love this plugin I have one issue. New comments using the native wordpress commenting system do not come visible unless a hard refresh from the browser occurs.

Is there a way to have a page or browser cache ignore comments and allow this information become available without a refresh of the browser required?
