[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Dev Bug Tracker for .9?

Is there a place where the bug tracker for .9 is public for viewing? I found the Google Code link here(https://code.google.com/p/w3-total-cache/). But it doesn’t look like you are using it for .9 . That or it isn’t publicly viewable.
