[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Disable Admin bar menu

I use this plugin in a Multisite install. Sub sites are client sites, so I don’t want my clients to see the Admin bar menu. The normal menu doesn’t show up for them by default, so it shouldn’t be there neither.
