[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Don't work with APC

    Hello,
    I have two problems with w3 plugin:

    1) If I select Opcode Alternative PHP Cache (APC), by blog doesn’t work. If a select Disk it’s working.
    I have APC active from my hosting.

    2) With plugin active if I go to domain.com I have a 404. I must write https://www.domain.com
