[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Dump cache every hour

Is it possible to have the cache dumped every hour? I have a few counters that are PHP based, so obviously they would not update till the cache clears. I was thinking to have the cache expire every hour, so the numbers could update at some point. Any ideas?
