[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] How to report bugs?

I’m trying to report a W3 Total Cache bug (cache not serving all expected files from CDN) on https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/ ticket system, which I believe is the correct way to report bugs. I cannot find W3 Total Cache listed amongst the hundreds of plug-ins there.

I cannot find any instructions on reporting bugs for this plug-in on the plug-in page (https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/w3-total-cache/faq/), or in the FAQ that comes with the plug-in, or on the developer’s web page.

Could someone please direct me to the right place where W3 Total Cache bugs can be reported?
