  • It depends. I am assuming that you are using the manual setting and not the automatic. I don’t think the automatic method works very well if at all at positioning scripts well.

    I have noticed that links to my scripts are put in the heads as well, but I don’t think they load like that. If you look down by the </body> you should find a javascript snippit that I believe inserts the javascript into the head after the page loads.

    The easiest way to see when your javascript is loading is by using a tool like Chrome’s developer tool -> network. It will show you the exact order and timing of each element of you page as it loads.

    If you find that it is in fact loading early, then I’m not sure what is going wrong. Also, are you using blocking or non-blocking in your positioning?
