[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Minify CSS not working

    On a client’s website, when we enable CSS or JS minify, it updates the HTML <head> etc, and links to the new file at /wp-content/w3tc/min/default.include.css. However, this file doesn’t actually exist (I’ve checked the actual directory). Disabling “Rewrite URL structure” doesn’t make a difference. We’re on WordPress 2.9.2, W3TC 0.8.5.2 and are using BuddyPress 1.2.4.1.

    I can’t see anything in the Apache/PHP logs; any ideas?
