[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] minify enabled but js not combined

If I run YSlow on my site https://www.fotocomefare.com, it tells me that I have to combine js files.
I already manually selected javascript files to minify and delayed their loading, when possible. How can I be sure they are also combined?
