• I have a page that I want to cache even when “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” is checked. I added it to the cache exception list and it still will not cache for logged in users. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

I don’t understand what you’re after here. There’s a page available only to logged in users that you need cached? If yes, the only way to do that is enable caching for logged in users and add DONOTPAGECACHE directives to the pages that should never be cached.
