[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] 'Page Not Found' on Some Pages in IE Until Page Cache Cleared

Hi All,

I have a nagging issue I hope someone might be able to lend a hand on.

I get some of the posts on my blog that come up as ‘Page Not Found’ in IE and sometimes in FF until I clear the page cache. It never happens in Chrome.

So should I clear the page cache everytime I have a new post? It’s a news site so there are about 10 new posts a day.

Also, I thought it might have something to do with my URL shortener (Yourls).

Any ideas on how I could troubleshoot this?
