[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Pages getting cutoff from W3TC

After spending countless hours going through the documentation and online tutorials I thought I had everything dialed in. Site was loading super fast. I then tested to see how it handled updated content, so I made a new post. This caused strange behavior on the blog page. I have a sticky post that contains a large image, then the new post that simply says “test”. For some reason, the sticky post is getting cut off midway through the image. The sidebar is also displaying incorrectly. This is happening mostly on Safari for some reason. Repeated refreshes and cache emptying don’t fix the problem. The page will display correctly from time to time.

Any ideas? Using 9.1.3 on shared hosting (Powweb) with CDN on self hosted subdomain.
