[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Sidebar and Page Cache W3TC

    I am testing my site on a different server with WP 3.3. And I have exported my W3TC settings and imported them at the test site.

    I have Don’t cache pages for logged in users disabled
    but at the new WP3.3 site I am not seeing any changes right away when moving a widget on the sidebar. Only when I empty all caches or enable Don’t cache pages for logged in users I can see changes instantly.

    Any ideas why I am seeing it instantly even with Don’t cache pages for logged in users eenabled one place and not the other when W3TC configs are the same?
