[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Some files not copied to CDN
-
I just did a speed test of using pingdom.com and for the most part, my blog loads great, 4s or less for everything except 5 requests which go up to the 16s range. 4 images files and one style sheet are slowing the page load down. Why wouldn’t the W3 plug in copy these static files onto Cloudfront like it has copied the rest? 3 of the images are from the ‘images’ directory underneath the root directory of my Theme, those should be copied and sourced from the CDN. Same for the style sheet, I don’t know why these 3 images and 1 style sheet are not on Cloudfront when the rest of the images and style sheets in the same location are.
It’s odd because when I click on ‘upload theme files’ it does upload these images no problem, they exist on Cloudfront, but the page that loads still sources the local server url, not my cdn url.
I also have a plugin, sexybookmarks, and the image for it takes 15s, is there a way to use the plugin to move those static images to the CDN? Or must I modify the plugin code itself to output CDN urls?
