[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Sticky Post Does Not Work With Cache Enabled

My site: https://www.mustangevolution.com/ uses W3Total Cache and has a loop-index.php file that makes use of the sticky post feature. If I change the post that is stickied it does not update on the page, no matter how often I clear all of the caches.
I also have Caching Home Page disabled. I have Page Cache set to Enchanced Disk and Object/Database via xCache.
