I’m using w3 total cache with the atahualpa theme. I enabled html, ys, css minification, page cache, browser cache and cloudflare.
Sometimes, if I modify some lines in the atahualpa pages, after I hit the save button they appear to be saved. However if I log out and log in again they aren’t there anymore. After a while, they reappear.

I think in some way the admin pages or the atahualpa files are cached. How can I have them served fresh?

If I understand you correctly you are changing the theme templates files.
    Is that correct?
If so you can go to Performance->General and you see buttons that says empty all caches etc. If you change the template files the cache needs to be remade and fastest way is to empty the cache.
If you change CSS files etc you need to empty the minify cache under Minify.

Thank you for the answer to this old question.
Recently I had to reinstall w3tc and reconfigure it. The problem doesn’t happen anymore.
