[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] W3 Google Page Speed Results and Questions

I asked a similar question 2-3 weeks ago (about serialization) that was never answered. I hope I can get an answer to my questions and a better understanding of how to optimize my website. I’m ok with CSS, HTML etc but this stuff confuses me and I really don’t want to spend too much time in this area of my website. Anyway…

1) My page speed seems to vary between 65-90.
2) Since I have a generally unique site I usually rank #2-#5 on Google/Bing search results
2) Which is more important the quantity of ‘problems’ or the type of ‘problems’?
3) Which page speed is more reliable- what I get on W3 or from Google Analytics?

Is there any easy way for me to fix the following ‘problems’ that I see in my W3 Report. Again, I am not very savvy smart in this area of website admin.
The only one I think I know how to fix is ‘Scaled Images’
Do I need to fix these problems?
