[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] W3 total chase: language switching doesn't work

I installed this plugin today and it did improve my site’s performance. However since I’m running a multilingual site with a different domain per language, after installing the plugin when you switched languages you were stuck with the original language and would not be able to switch to the other one ever again. Is it a setting I should change? I don’t have a CDN service, so I just left most of the settings the way they were, deselected database and basically followed the installation instruction given by the plugin author.
I’m using WPML for the multilingual aspects of my site.

I’d really appreciate any help as I’m not very experienced with this.
