An extremely strange issue on a buddypress/wpmu server.
The cache is working perfectly for ALL sub-sites on the wpmu network, except one.

What could be the cause of this, how does the plugin determine which sites / sub-networks it is working on ?

Have you checked to make sure that cache is enable on that sub-site?

Originally you said that cache is working perfectly, but now you’re saying there are no cache settings. Can you please elaborate?

what settings do I look for in the sites settings? What should I look for?

You look for the checkboxes to be marked under the General Settings link in the Performance (W3TC) tab in your wordpress admin area.

How do you know certain sites are caching and another is not?

Performance/General does not have checkboxes for the 1000+ sites on my WPMU/BP network.

in Sites, there is no Performance option either.

I still don’t understand the issue. Have you activated and configured the plugin on each of the sites?
