[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] W3TC no longer combines css files

Thanks everyone for your attention.
I don’t know what’s wrong with W3TC, but it no longer combines my css files.
It worked fine until today.
I tried reinstalling, emptying all the caches multiple times, resetting the settings, resetting the css files, nothing’s working.
I’m setting the css files in the order they’re loading according to pingdom.

https://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/#!/bnXRnl/https://inb4sales.comI wanted to setup google pagespeed api key and stop being in the w3tc edge mode, then my wp-admin screen gone blank. Not just that, but all sub-files, too. Like inb4sales.com/wp-admin/post-new.php .
Today it froze wp-admin screen entirely. I had to restart apache, nginx, php7.0 and mysql to be sure and wp-admin came back.
No idea what the heck’s going on.
