[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Webpage address changed?

Hello –

I installed this plug in and love it, but have a question. My webpage addresses have changed. Here is an example –

My permalink address used to be – https://thomasafrank.com/2012/07/west-linn-cash-mob-july-14-2012/

Now it is – https://thomasafrank.com/2012/07/west-linn-cash-mob-july-14-2012/#.UABvPXD8dLs

Where does the “#.UABvPXD8dLs” come from? Can I remove that from the address?
