[Plugin: W3TC] Thumbnails don't show after "Clean all caches"

  • Hi guys!

    Yesterday I updated 4 of my 21 plugins and after that I used the option “Clean all caches” from “W3 Total Cache” plugin.
    After that, all post thumbnails disappeared from my blog, not from the media library but they don’t show on home page or categories page.

    I’ve deactivate and activated the “W3 Total Cache” plugin, re-uploaded thumbnails, installed “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin but nothing worked.

    Have you guys have any suggestions to identify and solve the problem?

    PS: Theme: WP-clear (requires “Get the Image” to post thumbnails appear.)

    Well today I switch themes to “Twenty Fourteen” and all post thumbnails are working, but switching back to WP-clear thumbnails disappear.

    So probably is it something to do with the theme itself not so much W3TC, any thoughts on this?

    Later I’ll try to reinstall the theme and come back to give feedback, in the meantime if anyone has any suggestions I’d really appreciate them.
