Plugin wanted for gallery poll

Hi
I’ve been looking all morning for a wp gallery poll, where customers can vote for their favourite pet, then fill out and submit their details so we receive them.
I don’t want the votes obtained so far to be visible to people voting.
Can anyone recommend a plugin?
