[Plugin: Wapple Architect Mobile Plugin for WordPress] Menu URLS, wrong permalink

This is a great plugin – I’m just having a little trouble with the menus though.
My site uses the default page permalink style of https://subdomain.mysite.com/?p=N
The mobile site menus however point to https://subdomain.mysite/<pagename>.I’m not using the mobile redirect features; most of the plugin settings are defaulted.
Anyone else seeing this problem?Using Wapple Mobile Architect 3.9.1
