Plugin wasn’t saving bookings in database

The booking system wasn’t working correctly for a couple of days, and now suddenly it works again.
Can you explain this?The client didn’t see anything was wrong, after submitting his booking he saw this
“Your request has been successfully received. We are waiting you!”
But it wasn’t received successfully (not saved in the database and no email was sent).I just want to be sure this doesn’t happen anymore, because I want a system I can trust on.
