[Plugin: WebEngage Feedback, Survey and Notification] Can this assess and auto reply?

I am building a website using WordPress. Does this do the following:

Have an online assessment form that has about 50 questions and scores those questions and either sends an email stating someone is eligible or an email stating they are not eligible.

They should be multiple choice question like responses.
