[Plugin: WebJunk PHPList] Issues

    1. I go to the Webjunk section in settings and simply get “Not logged in to phplist.” – there’s nowhere to add in a username/password nor url of the list.
    2. Css interference on the admin screen: adds bullets to the sidebar menu.
    3. No documentation.
