[Plugin: White Label CMS] Allowing Appearance Menu shows Genesis Menu

I’m running white label cms 1.5
when selecting the Access To Appearance Menu=Yes radio button and only allowing (checking) access to widgets, for example, it does create the Appearance Menu for an Editor level admin, but also produces the Genesis menu as well.
Genesis is a framework for WordPress by StudioPress.
