• Activating the White Label CMS plugin 1.4.4 disables the ability to upload media via an upload image button in a custom panel on the edit post page.

This affects all levels of users, and only affects the button in the custom settings panel.

Is there something specific on the post.php page that WLC that I can modify to re-enable the functionality of this button? Maybe just ignore the post.php page altogether?

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi,

Which custom panel are you referring to?

If you are using another plugin which uploads media, can you please let us know so we can test, but right now, I am not sure how we can test what you have said.

    Thanks

The panel is labeled ET Settings, and it is part of a theme called eShop from Elegant Themes.

Basically, there is a button inside the panel that launches the standard media uploader.

When WLC is activated, the button no longer launches anything.

I’m not sure how you would test this without access to the theme, so I was hoping for a general direction to troubleshoot on my end.
