[Plugin: White Label CMS] Page Attribute box disappears

Hi,

After activating WLCMS, the ‘Page Attributes’ box disappears from the right so it is not possible to select parent item (page) resulting impossible to maintain hierarchy right while adding page and we have to go to Menus and manage it from there.

Has anybody else noticed this problem?
