[Plugin: Widget Builder] Spanish translation

Nice plugin! I’ve translated it to spanish.
But the translation doesn’t work. My skills in PHP are very limited, but I think there’s a problem with the “load_plugin_textdomain” function. I’ve added the original WordPress function (look at https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/load_plugin_textdomain) to widget-builder.php file, and then does work.
