• This plugin use to work excellent. Lately, the developers seem to not know how to install events correctly and seem to think it is not so important. The last update to work properly triggering correct events was 3.0.33. In the latest update 3.1.9 events are not triggering properly again. (View Content) When you download Meta Pixel Helper to verify you can clearly see View Content not triggering. Why is this important? When Meta ads cannot attribute correct events (View Content, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase)) your ads cannot properly optimize to your audience because data is not being sent to meta. Therefore, your ad cost will rise. Until they get this fixed beware in using current versions. PLEASE FIX THIS DEVELOPERS!

  • Hi @jsyhaphom,

You’re right about the importance of the View Content event. However, it seems the issue you’re seeing might be specific to your setup. Here’s a test of the event working on my test site: https://d.pr/v/3nM4SG

The plugin is used on over 700,000 installations. If there’s an issue with the event, we’d see several reports.

To confirm, did you try performing a conflict test to confirm that something unique to your site isn’t causing the issue? If you’re able to replicate the issue with a default theme like Storefront and just WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce activated, please create a support request so we can help look into the issue for you.

Still having issues with plugin even with normal storefront theme with all plugins off. When I switch to 3.0.33 everything works fine… try testing it on all your products and see…

I’m afraid I can’t replicate this issue on my end. Please contact us at Woo.com > My Account > Support so you can give us access to check. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.
