Plugin will NOT activate

Hello There,

I would love to utilize this plugins features however every time I try to activate it, I get fatal errors, I have gone to my ftp deleted the files, uploaded a fresh install and tried again but nothing allows it to install, not sure whats going on. I use the Divi theme with Woocommerce.

The error I get.
