Plugin will not run – Stuck on spinning clock

    Hello,

    I am trying to run the resmush.it plugin on the website https://www.boomcymru.co.uk and I am having problems getting it to start. When I click optimise the it starts up and says “1050 attachment(s) found, starting optimization…”. I then see the spinning clock and it stays like this. I have tried leaving it for a couple of hours as there are a lot of images but it doesn’t make any more progress.

    I have checked in Chrome Console for the plugin page and I do see the following errors:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • I am having the same issue. Was able to optimize 700 images and now it is stuck on the last 303.

    Hi I am having the same issue with my website. I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it and it still didn’t work. Please let me know how I can fix this?
