Plugin window shows up, but resets on update of page

I’m having a weird issue with Page Links To where I put in the custom URL I’m trying to point my page to, but when I update the page to save the settings, it reverts back to “Its normal WordPress URL”
Running WP 4.0, but had this same issue with 3.9 as well. Literally just upgraded to see if it might fix it. It didn’t.
Anybody have any ideas?
